Visitors are not permitted in the hotel rooms overnight unless such visitor is registered at the Front Desk/Reception (additional charge applies). This is for the safety and protection of all guests. The Hotel Management reserves the right to ask for proof of relationship.
AVOIDING CREDIT CARD FRAUD: For all pre-paid reservations, the guests are required to present the actual credit card that was used when making the booking. Credit card details must be identical to the one stated in the booking details. The card holder name must be the same with the guest name.
If the full amount has been charged to the given credit card, the hotel has the right, at its sole discretion, to void this charge in the event that the card holder and guest name is not the same person.For bookings that are under "Pay Later/Pay Direct" condition, the hotel may verify or pre-authorize your credit card to ensure that the card provided is valid. Pre-authorized amount is normally equivalent to 1 night stay and will be automatically credited back to your account at a certain period of time.
Early Check-out Case: A penalty charge amounting to 1 night stay will be applied -- in any case that the guest(s) have decided to shorten their stay or check-out earlier than originally booked (not applicable to bookings under non-refundable condition).
No Show Case: A penalty charge amounting to 1 night stay will be applied in any case that the guest(s) did not arrived as booked (not applicable to bookings under non-refundable condition).
